Debridement of open spinal cord and spinal cord injury
Open spinal cord and spinal cord injuries are mainly seen in firearm wounds during wartime, and sharp wounds in peacetime are relatively rare. In general, open spinal cord injury is severe. Shock and infection are prone to occur, and often coexist with thoracic and abdominal organ injuries, the treatment is difficult, and the mortality is about 10% to 15%.
