Transthoracic and esophageal varicose vein suture

Direct angiography confirmed that the drainage vein of the esophagus started from the left inferior pulmonary vein and reached the bottom of the stomach. Therefore, the varicose veins in the range of the bottom of the stomach below the level of the left inferior vein of the lung must be completely removed, especially the esophageal veins within 10-12 cm above the slit, in order to truly achieve the goal of the portal vein veins. This can only be achieved by surgery through the lower thoracic esophagus and varicose veins.
