Acute ethmoid sinusitis

Acute ethmoid sinusitis is a type of acute rhinosinusitis, that is, the acute infection of the ethmoid sinus airway mucosa. The incidence of ethmoid sinusitis is higher than that of frontal sinusitis and sphenoid sinusitis, followed by upper-collar sinusitis. Especially because of the early development of the ethmoid sinus, childhood inflammation is very easy. Ethmoid sinusitis is often accompanied by orbital cellulitis and abscesses in children.
