Complete internal and external hemorrhoidectomy

Internal and external hemorrhoids refer to the simultaneous varicose veins, enlargement, and congestion of the venous plexus on the rectal tooth line at the same site, which communicate with each other and anastomosis, and the sphincter groove disappears. The surface of the hemorrhoid nucleus above the tooth line is the rectal mucosa, and the surface of the hemorrhoid below the tooth line is covered by the skin of the anal canal. Radical internal and external hemorrhoidectomy is generally used for radical treatment.
