Amniotic fluid bacteria
Amniotic fluid is the fluid in the amniotic cavity of the early embryo. The early pregnancy is mainly the leakage of maternal plasma through the fetal membrane into the amniotic membrane, and fetal urine may be the main source in the middle period. Amniotic fluid protects the fetus and the mother during pregnancy. Amniotic fluid specimens are usually obtained by amniocentesis from a general physician. Amniotic infection (intraamniotic infeCTion) has a significant impact on pregnancy outcomes and perinatal morbidity and mortality, and has been the focus of obstetricians. The traditional diagnosis method of amniotic cavity infection is positive culture of amniotic fluid bacteria, histological examination of placenta and fetal membranes found chorion, amniitis or chorion, amniotic membrane cultured pathogens.
