Serum chymotrypsin
Most of the enzymes in the pancreatic juice are broken down into amino acids and reabsorbed by the small intestine when passing through the intestine, of which only chymotrypsin is less damaged. Determination of serum chymotrypsin can be used as an indicator of pancreatic exocrine function to a certain extent.
