Satiety test
The satiety test is performed by the following principles. After satiety, gastrointestinal motility and digestive gland secretion are enhanced. In order to meet its energy requirements, the heart's blood output increases, and myocardial oxygen consumption also increases. The body's self-regulation mechanism increases the blood flow of the digestive organs. Coronary arteries and other organs have correspondingly reduced blood flow. When the coronary arteries are normal, their blood flow can meet myocardial needs after a meal. For example, coronary artery stenosis is in a critical state, the blood flow after meals is reduced, and the needs of the myocardium cannot be met. Angina pectoris or ECG ischemic changes can occur.
