Biliary motor function
Biliary motor function testing can be used repeatedly with B-mode ultrasound. Currently, there are mainly two methods for evaluating gallbladder function. One is to observe the change in the volume of the gallbladder after a fat meal, and the other is to measure the emptying index of the gallbladder by intravenous injection of cholecystokinin (CCK), which can measure biliary dysfunction.
