Lobular pneumonia
Lobular pneumonia is mainly caused by pyogenic bacteria infection. The lesion starts from the bronchioles and develops into the surrounding or peripheral lung tissues, forming focal lung purulent inflammation with lung lobules as units. Because its lesions are centered on the bronchus, it is also called bronchopneumonia. It mainly occurs in children and the elderly.
