Clinical physical examination: white granular secretions were seen in the gums of the children. There was no ulceration on the surface, no redness around the skin, and it could not be scrubbed with a light wipe in front. Strong scrubbing can cause bleeding under the submucosal mucosa.
Local tissue examination: biopsy cytology of white rice-like secretions showed epithelial-like cell accumulation, no neutrophil and lymphocyte infiltration, indicating that the disease has nothing to do with infection.

According to the clinical manifestations of this disease, it should be differentiated from thrush. Thrush is a skin lesion caused by Candida albicans infection. It usually forms a patchy white film adhesion around the gums. It can be gently peeled off with a cotton swab. After peeling off the white mucosa, the base is congested and pathological examination is visible. Fungal spores and hyphae.
