Traumatic blood blister should be differentiated from oral mucosal blood blister with thrombocytopenic purpura. The former has a clear history of acute eating or chewing misuse of mucous membranes, and unilateral blood blister, rapid occurrence, easy to break the blister wall, leaving fresh red wounds, etc.; the latter blood blisters occur in the gums, sputum, cheeks, etc. More friction, the blister wall is thicker and can occur repeatedly. No obvious history of acute food.
