Blackheads

Introduction

Introduction Blackhead acne, also known as blackhead, is an open acne (the surface layer of sebum that clogs pores is directly exposed to the outside, in contact with air and dust in the air). It is a late development form of whitehead acne, that is, a closed acne without head, but many whiteheads are very "conservative" and not "open" for life. Blackheads are common in adolescents of puberty, and occur in the face, chest and back. They are characterized by black spots in the enlarged enlarged pores. After extrusion, they are shaped like small insects and the top is black. It can form or transform into papules, abscesses, nodules, cysts, and all with seborrhea. The above rash has three types of results: acne, no infection of papules, small nodules and superficial small abscesses, leaving no trace after disappearing. Or only punctate hyperpigmentation and temporary small sore marks, picking up acne, squeezing abscesses, and the original large abscesses (including cysts) disappear, leaving more of a needle-sized dense depression or a size comparable to mung bean. Hard sores, cysts, especially the large, deep and irregular strip-like scars left by the smashers, the texture is very hard, and the serious ones can be disfigured.

Cause

Cause

Blackheads are mainly a "plug" of sebum, cell debris and bacteria that are blocked by the opening of the hair follicle. In addition to the dust, dirt and oxidation in the air, the one that comes into contact with the air gradually darkens, so I got such a less elegant title - blackheads.

Examine

an examination

Microscopic examination

It is to take a little oil secretion from the nose or the oily part, and observe it under the microscope. Because the microscope observation is scientific and intuitive, it has certain limitations. It may be impossible to see the aphids in a single test. It is necessary to repeat the test several times.

Aphid is a kind of parasite that is not a bacterium. Therefore, when the operator who requires the test uses the microscope, the objective lens is 10 times and the eyepiece is 10 times. It is not necessary to use a high power microscope. The drops can be made from ordinary vegetable oil or peanut oil.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

The whiteheads appear yellow-white or small, and the other is blackheads with a black dot at the opening. Whiteheads and blackheads are the two most basic and initial rashes of acne.
