Tube agglutination test

Used for semi-quantitative and quantitative tests. It is commonly known that a certain amount of antigen (bacteria, cells, etc.) is mixed with a series of diluted patient serum, and the results are observed after incubation to determine whether the test serum has the corresponding antibody and its titer. The tube agglutination test is a semi-quantitative test method. In the microbiological test, a known bacteria is used as an antigen solution and mixed with a series of diluted test serums. After incubation, the degree of antigen agglutination in each tube is observed, usually at the highest dilution which produces significant agglutination. As the titer of antibodies in serum, it is also called titer. Basic Information Specialist classification: Infectious disease inspection and classification: pathogenic microorganism inspection Applicable gender: whether men and women apply fasting: not fasting Analysis results: Below normal: Normal value: no Above normal: negative: 0 to 1:100 is negative, indicating normal. Positive: >1:100 is positive, brucellosis (80% in the acute phase, 30% in the chronic phase). Tips: Please make reasonable arrangements before checking. Normal value 0 to 1:100. Clinical significance >1:100 is positive. Brucellosis (80% in the acute phase and 30% in the chronic phase). Positive result may be disease: Brucella pneumonia precautions The meningococcal liquid is inactivated at 56 ° C for 30 min to remove autolytic enzymes. Do not shake the tube before observing the results to avoid agglomeration. Inspection process (1) In 10 small test tubes, the diagnostic serum was diluted with physiological saline, and the last tube was not added with serum, and saline was used as a control. (2) Add a bacterial suspension to each tube and shake well. (3) The tube was placed in a 37 ° C water bath for 4 h and then placed at 4 ° C overnight. (4) The reading result is reached at the highest dilution of serum (++) (the liquid in the tube is semi-clarified, and some of the agglutination blocks sink to the bottom of the tube). The agglutination is the agglutination titer of the bacteria. If the titer is more than half of the original diagnostic serum titer used, it is positive. Not suitable for the crowd Those who do not have an indication for examination should not do this check. Adverse reactions and risks Generally no complications and harm.
