Indirect hemagglutination

Indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) is the coating of antigen (or antibody) on the surface of red blood cells to become a carrier for sensitization, and then combined with the corresponding antibody (or antigen), so that the red blood cells are brought together and a visible agglutination reaction occurs .
