Signs of "flexibility" in the abdomen
Abdomen flexibility is caused by mild irritation or chronic inflammation of the peritoneum. It can be found in various types of tuberculous peritonitis, but it is generally considered to be a clinical feature of adhesive tuberculosis. The vast majority of patients have varying degrees of tenderness, generally mild, a few tenderness are obvious and rebound pain, the latter is more common in cheese type.
