Sweat adenoma

Sweat gland adenoma is formed by the proliferation of sweat gland epithelium. It grows slowly with a diameter of 1 to 2 mm. The tumor envelope is intact and non-adhesive to the epidermis. Under the microscope, high columnar or cubic glandular epithelium were interwoven to form a villous process. The pathological features are secreted columnar cells lined with a layer of myoepithelial cells. Generally benign and rarely malignant. The principle of treatment is to perform a biopsy first, and then perform a local excision after diagnosis, supplemented by medication.
