Fecal vomit
The appearance of fecal-like vomitus is a clinical symptom of acute pancreatitis. Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a more common type of acute abdomen, and its incidence rate is the third to fifth of acute abdomen. More than 80% of the patients are relatively mild, that is, acute edema pancreatitis, which can be cured non-surgically, which is basically a medical disease.
