Lewy body dementia

Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) was first described by Okazak et al. (1961). It is a group of clinical and pathological manifestations that overlap between Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease, with fluctuating cognitive dysfunction and visual hallucinations. And Parkinson's disease syndrome are neurodegenerative diseases with clinical features and Lewy body as pathological features.
