It is suitable for fresh II-III degree of palmar dislocation. Precautions for incision and reduction of volar dislocation of the lunar bone: 1. The superficial branch of the radial nerve and the radial artery should be protected to prevent side injuries. 2. The tension of tendon braid suture should be large but not small. The fixed time should not be less than 6 weeks. Premature activity will cause relaxation of the reconstructed ligament, which is the key to successful surgery.
