Chronic colitis
Chronic colitis is a chronic, repetitive, and multiple disease that occurs in the colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum. The course is long and often recurrent. Other chronic inflammation of the colon of unknown origin should be diagnosed and treated on the basis of a clear etiology. Symptoms include left lower quadrant pain, diarrhea, severe urgency, severe diarrhea, constipation or diarrhea alternately, sometimes good and bad, lingering, and repeated attacks.
