Decapitation
Decapitation is a procedure in which a stillbirth is cut into the fetal neck and divided into two parts, the fetal head and the trunk, and one by one is delivered. It is difficult to cut the fetal neck with a guillotine hook, which causes more damage to the soft birth canal of the mother and has been used less. The wire saw (Figure 1) is simple, safe and has the potential to replace the broken head hook.
