Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage or hematoma

Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage is very rare. It was first reported in Barber (1909). It can occur at any age and can coexist with intra-abdominal bleeding. The onset factors are complex, the clinical manifestations are atypical, and the diagnosis is difficult, and the history must be followed in detail.
