Gout cardiomyopathy

Gout is a ldquo; crystal disease rdquo; that accumulates and forms crystals of urate in the body caused by a long-term disturbance of purine metabolism. Heart disease in patients with gout is very rarely due to gout heart disease caused by urate accumulation, crystallization or even formation of stones in the heart, and more is heart disease caused by gout easily associated with coronary atherosclerosis and hypertension.
