Dish
Dish-shaped surgery is to change the dead space as deep as a pot or bottle into a dish with a shallow mouth and large bottom to facilitate drainage and subsidence of surrounding soft tissue to eliminate the dead space. However, the dead space near the joints or the main weight-bearing bones of the lower limbs is not suitable for large dish surgery, so as not to damage the joint cavity, the spread of infection, and affect the rigidity of the bones.
