Polyclonal cryoglobulinemia
From the perspective of immunochemistry, cryoglobulins are divided into three types: type Ⅰ is monoclonal cold globulin type, which contains two or more monoclonal antibodies, including IgA, IgG, and IgM; type Ⅱ is monoclonal and multi The cloned mixed cryoglobulin types include IgM-IgG, IgA-IgG, and IgG-IgG types; the type III mixed polyclonal cryoglobulin types include IgA-IgG and IgM-IgG-IgA. Primary cryoglobulinemia mainly includes type II and III cryoglobulin.
