Urinary adrenaline
Epinephrine is secreted by chromaffin cells of the adrenal medulla, and noradrenaline and dopamine are also secreted (adrenaline is part of catecholamine). Adrenaline has the effects of sympathetic nerve excitement, cardiovascular promotion, energy metabolism and blood sugar elevation.
