Evening headache fixed to one eye and around the orbit
The headache is fixed on one side of the eye and around the orbit, and the onset is mostly in the evening, which is more common in cluster headaches. Cluster headache is one of the more serious of all headaches and belongs to one of vascular headaches. It gets its name because of the intense onset of headaches over a period of time. Previous textbooks have treated this disease as a subtype of migraine. In recent years, it has been confirmed as an independent disease entity because of its pathogenesis, clinical appearance and migraine.
