Anteroposterior wall bulge

Anterior and posterior vaginal wall swelling is a quantitative examination of the extent of anterior and posterior vaginal wall swelling. Posterior vaginal wall swelling is also called rectal swelling. It is defined as a hernia at the back of the vaginal wall with anterior rectal wall. Rectal hernias are based on rectal vaginal diaphragmatic defects.
