Airway allergy test
The airway allergy test is a type of bronchial drug challenge test. By inhaling the cholinergic drug methacholine chloride, it directly binds to acetylcholine receptors on bronchial smooth muscle cells to contract the smooth muscle, and then uses the pulmonary function index to determine the degree of bronchoconstriction to determine its reactivity.
