Poliovirus antibody
Polioviruses (polioviurs) can cause polio, also known as polio. The virus has 3 serotypes. The laboratory diagnostic methods for poliovirus include virus isolation and identification, molecular biological methods, and serological diagnostic methods. Although virus isolation and identification is a common method, it is difficult for general clinical laboratories. Molecular biology methods are mainly PCR and nucleic acid hybridization. Serological diagnostic methods include neutralization test, indirect immunofluorescence test, reverse indirect hemagglutination test and ELISA method.
