Airway resistance

Airway resistance refers to the pressure difference caused by unit flow in the airway. It is usually calculated by (airway oral pressure-alveolar pressure) / flow, and is expressed by the pressure difference when the ventilation volume is 1L per second. It is clinically applicable to various obstructive ventilation dysfunction diseases, as well as mechanical ventilation and respiratory monitoring.
