Abnormal oral glucose tolerance test
The abnormal oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is a method to check the function of blood glucose regulation in humans. Normal people take a certain amount of glucose, the blood glucose concentration temporarily rises (generally does not exceed 8.9mmol / L), but within 2 hours the blood glucose concentration can return to normal fasting levels. After taking a certain amount of glucose, the blood glucose and urine glucose are measured at regular intervals, and the blood glucose level and the presence or absence of urine glucose are called a glucose tolerance test.
