Anti-endometrium antibody

The target antigen for anti-endometrial antibodies is endometrial glandular epithelial hormone-dependent protein. The binding of EMAb to the target antigen can interfere with fertilized egg implantation and cause infertility. ELISA and immunofluorescence are commonly used in clinical practice.
