Esophageal rupture

Esophageal rupture can occur from blunt injury, sharp injury and firearm injury, or spontaneous esophageal rupture due to severe vomiting. Due to food containing various bacteria and reflux gastric digestive juice overflowing into the mediastinum, it can cause severe mediastinal infection.
