Scarlet fever-like erythema
Scarlet fever-like erythema (scarlatiniform erythema) is an acute systemic or localized erythema, which has precursor symptoms such as fever and sore throat before onset. The etiology and pathogenesis are unclear. Clinically, the rash often appears suddenly, often accompanied by chills, high fever, headache, and discomfort. The rash was bright red with edema, broad and symmetrical. Later, the rash increased and merged with each other.
