Visual inspection of synovial fluid

Synovial fluid macroscopic inspection is the inspection of synovial fluid extracted and visually observed. The joint cavity is surrounded by the articular surface and the synovium and contains synovial fluid. When inflammation and other diseases occur in the joint, the synovium is often involved, and its normal chemical and cellular components are changed. Therefore, analysis of the synovial fluid has practical clinical value for the diagnosis of joint diseases.
