Sperm count

Sperm count is the calculation of the number of sperm in the sperm discharged at one time under the microscope. Multiplying the sperm count by the amount of sperm can obtain the amount of one ejaculation, which has certain value for male fertility assessment. The normal value of sperm count is (50 ~ 100) × 109 / L once, and the total number of spermatozoa ejaculated is above 40 × 106 / L.
