Myeloid leukemia
Divided into acute and chronic. Acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) or acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) includes all acute leukemias of non-lymphocytic origin. Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) is a clonal proliferative disease of hematopoietic stem cells. Bone marrow is characterized by increased myeloid peripheral blood leukocytes and splenomegaly. More than 90% of patients have characteristic chromosomes (Ph chromosomes) and / or BCR / ABL fusion genes with a median survival time of 3 to 4 years.
