Brain bulge

Cerebral bulge is a congenital skull defect, and part of the central nervous system tissue herniated to the extracranial via this defect. If the intracranial hernia includes only cerebrospinal fluid and meninges, it is called meningocele, if the contents are brain tissue and meninges, it is called meningocele.
