Urine bacterial culture

Urine bacterial cultures are mainly used to check for bacterial infections in the urethra, bladder, prostate, ureter, and renal pelvis. In order to ensure the accuracy of culture identification, the collection of urine samples is very important. The most commonly used methods are mid-range urine collection, sterile catheterization, and 24-hour urine collection. The culture method is ordinary culture method or quantitative urine bacteria culture method.
