Linear IgA bullous dermatosis
Linear IgA bullous dermatoses (LABD) or linear IgA dematosis due to their linear IgA deposition in the basement membrane without gluten-sensitive bowel disease, HLA-B8 The positive rate is only 30%, and it is an independent disease completely different from bullous bullous and herpes-like dermatitis. Another child, chronic bullous disease of childhood, is a rare disease that mainly occurs in children under 5 years of age and has the same type of linear IgA deposition of basement membrane bands. These are the different manifestations of the same disease. Here we will discuss the two diseases as one disease. Linear IgA bullous dermatosis mainly occurs in young people, most of them are around 40 years old, females are slightly more than men, and children with bullous dermatosis are found in children under 5 years old.
