Congenital valgus
The talipes equinovarus is one of the most common congenital deformities, accounting for about 77% of congenital foot deformities. Horseshoe varus deformity is composed of three factors: foot drop, varus and adduction. Patients may be accompanied by other deformities, such as congenital hip dislocation, fingers, muscular torticollis, etc. Children with this cause can be found as soon as they are born, and most of the treatments are timely and effective.
