Subcutaneous lipoma
Subcutaneous lipomas are benign tumors of adipose tissue. It is composed of mature adipose tissue and can occur in any part of the body where fat is present. Lipomas have a thin layer of fibrous endometrium, with many fibrous cords inside and outside, forming many spaces. They are most commonly found in the subcutaneous tissues of the neck, shoulders, back, buttocks and breasts, the face, scalp, scrotum, and labia, followed by the peritoneum. Posterior and gastrointestinal wall, etc .; very few can appear in the original adipose tissue site. If the proportion of fibrous tissue in the tumor is large, it is called fibrolipoma.
