Nasal mucosa ulcer
Nasal mucosal ulcer refers to nodular infiltration under the nasal mucosa, followed by erosion, which can cause scar adhesion. In the later stage, atrophy occurs due to dry crusts in the nasal cavity. Anterior nostril narrows. The nasal mucosa is pale and thickened, and the secretion is increased. There may be pus, nasal bleeding, but the patient may not feel pain.
