Niznov syndrome

Nezelof's syndrome is thymic alymphoplasia, but it is not associated with parathyroid dysfunction and belongs to an autosomal recessive genetic disease. Some patients have a defect in purine nucleoside phosphorylase, that is Lack of enzymes in the purine substitution pathway. Belongs to primary combined immunodeficiency disease.
