Febrile neutrophil skin disease

Fever neutrophil skin disease is Sweet syndrome, also known as acute febrile neutrophilic skin disease or raised erythema. It is a rare rheumatism and is mainly seen in women. It is characterized by: ① painful erythema nodules or plaques appear on the skin, mainly distributed on the arms, face and neck. ② Histologically, the dermis showed characteristic mature neutrophil infiltration. ③ Fever, systemic exhaustion, and increased neutrophils in the surrounding blood. ④ skin lesions usually disappear after receiving glucocorticoid treatment without leaving any traces, but often recurrent.
