Pediatric Cooking Syndrome
Cooks syndrome refers to a series of complex symptoms that occur after eating Chinese food. It was first reported by Kwork. It can be seen that there is a general feeling of burnout, or abnormal sensations such as "burning", "compression", "tightening" or "numbness" on the face, neck, upper chest, back, and arms, accompanied by episodic palpitations, which is called the Chinese restaurant syndrome. In the past, glutamate overdose syndrome has also been called. Its aliases are delicious syndrome, Chinese headache, syndrome after eating Chinese food, and Japanese restaurant syndrome.
