Pediatric disseminated lipogranuloma syndrome

Disseminated lipogranulomatous syndrome (Farbers syndrome) is an autosomal recessive genetic disease. Clinically, it is often characterized by small joint involvement, subcutaneous nodules, and damage to the central nervous system. The disease is also known as disseminated lipid granulomatosis, ceramide deposition disease, and Farber's lipogranulomatosis.
