Acute perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcers
Acute perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcers is a common serious complication of gastric and duodenal ulcers. Perforation is more common in duodenal ulcers. During acute perforation, a large amount of contents in the stomach and duodenum suddenly flowed into the abdominal cavity, which first caused chemical peritonitis. After a few hours, the gastrointestinal bacteria flowing into the abdominal cavity began to grow, and bacterial peritonitis gradually formed. In severe cases, it can be complicated shock.
