Oily granuloma

Oil granuloma belongs to the category of foreign body granuloma. It was once known as oleogranuloma and paraffinoma. Often due to the injection of oil or insoluble lipid liquids, a special type of tissue response to foreign bodies of oil and fat, most often form nodules or plaques, and the symptoms are mild or absent.
